	Elizabeth (BJ) Mosher
	Labyrinth Facilitator and Reiki Master

Elizabeth (BJ) is a Labyrinth facilitator and Reiki master. She also practices Karuana, Japanese, Tera Mai Reiki and Long Distance Healing as well as Integrated Energy Therapy (IET). She loves to work on the Chakras with people either on themselves or in the Labyrinth. She is a Veriditas trained Labyrinth facilitator and has also taken Labyrinth classes in the Chartres cathedral in Chartres, France. Elizabeth (BJ) lectures and demonstrates at several fairs annually and a youth center. She is a board member at the Kripalu Yoga and Wellness in Adams Center, NY. She is also the Labyrinth facilitator for their 70 foot classical labyrinth.

For the past 3 years Elizabeth (BJ) has been a long-distance energy worker for the Labyrinth Society. She teaches classes for making your personal labyrinth on a 5 foot canvas to take with you on your travels. She also leads a meditation group in the Bahamas once a year. She is a core founding member of Universal Healing and Spiritual Awareness Expos along with her partner, Wanda Winters.
