                         About your Instructor

     Lori Peryer brings her nearly life-long interest in Conscious Awareness to this Healing Workshop.  She has practiced Hatha Yoga for over 14 years and is a certified instructor.  She ia a practitioner of the Martial Arts for over 15 years and a 2nd degree certified Black Belt in Hidy Ochiai's Washin-Rya Karate (traditional).  Washin-Rya means Harmony with Truth Way.  As a young girl, Lori had always been fascinated with nature and ancient indigenous cultures and their deep respect for Mother Earth.  She believes that it is everyone's right and responsibility to life free of fear and isolation, and the healing process begins when we step on the path to become fully aware, attentive and loving to ourselves.  As we heal, we heal our environment and others around us.
